Recruitment Partners Inc. is seeking a Commercial Project Manager / Estimator to identify, estimate, secure, and deliver commercial construction projects from bid through completion.

The role blends estimating, project management, and business development to grow the division while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and profitability. You will manage tenders, coordinate crews and stakeholders, review drawings and specs, and build strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Experience in commercial estimating, project management, construction sales, or related construction roles.
• Strong understanding of foundations, waterproofing, structural concrete repair, restoration, and building envelope systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tender packages, and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, project coordination, budgeting, and job costing.
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong sales, networking, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and construction-related software platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to attend job sites as required.
• Experience with commercial bidding processes and tender platforms is considered an asset.
• Relevant construction safety certifications are considered an asset.
