Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of project plans, timelines and budgets for commercial projects.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communications and documentation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and document minutes.
• Monitor risks, budgets and change management activities.
• Prepare status reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Support QA processes and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain project records in accordance with company standards.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives.
