Position function:

Reporting to the Commercialization Supervisor, the Commercial Process Analyst will provide strategic support to the Commercial Team, acting between Commercial Team, IT, Operations, Finance, and Commercialization departments. This role will ensure that processes are followed up due to the ERP migration for D365 and connect with the Commercial Team to support the changes in our systems in an efficient way.

Major tasks and duties:

• Support to the Commercial Team
• Implement efficient processes to ensure smooth execution of commercial projects during the D365 implementation
• Act as a bridge between the Commercial Team and IT, Operations, Finance, and Commercialization departments
• Monitor the progress of key projects, ensuring requirements are met until the first P.O. is issued
• Operational Process Management – Focus on Communication with Finance and Pricing teams
• Support the Finance and Pricing teams in optimizing routines and achieving operational excellence, following the project dead lines for the project
• Help define and monitor new standards for the current commercial systems with both departments
• Support on the new definition of critical flows for the Commercial Team

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in commercial or operational roles with a focus on process management and project execution
• Knowledge about commercial sales cycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset focused on optimizing processes and outcomes
• Knowledge on D365 system
