Accountabilities
  1. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and generate insights for business stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations that translate technical data into accessible, visual storytelling for internal and external audiences.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Assist in data integrations via APIs and support projects related to CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
  6. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs and contribute to data quality initiatives.
  7. Support strategic planning by providing actionable insights that drive commercial growth and performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 1–2 years of relevant data analysis experience, ideally in a commercial or insurance-related setting.
  3. Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices.
  4. Knowledge of CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  6. A sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to using data in support of business goals.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
