Qualifications

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

About the role

Manage a book of large lines commercial insurance business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, and insurance documents. Conduct consultative discussions with clients, build strong relationships, and handle renewals and cancellations as needed. Identify cross-selling opportunities and support team growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management
  • Experience with large lines of commercial insurance
  • Active Property & Casualty License (all lines)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • College degree or industry designations preferred
