Qualifications

About The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead in Ireland to join our rapidly growing Microsoft Business Applications team. This is a hybrid role combining new business development and account/engagement management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space – specifically Business Central (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CRM).

You’ll play a key role in driving our Microsoft BizApps growth across Ireland – identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and helping organisations reimagine how they work using Microsoft cloud solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who’s commercially minded, consultative in approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

In This Role, You’ll

  • Own and grow a portfolio of clients in Ireland across a range of sectors
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space
  • Lead strategic conversations around ERP, CRM, digital transformation, and business process change
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders – helping them define roadmaps, solutions, and long-term value
  • Shape and deliver compelling proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and technical consultants
  • Build strong internal relationships across sales, marketing, delivery, and support to ensure a joined-up experience for our clients
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and commercial leadership
  • Be a core part of our commercial strategy for Ireland – bringing fresh ideas, insights, and energy to the team

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience in a commercial or business development role within the tech or digital services space
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 – ideally both Business Central and Customer Engagement
  • A consultative approach to client conversations, focused on outcomes and value
  • Track record of winning new business and expanding accounts
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset – comfortable working alongside pre-sales, delivery, and marketing
  • Experience working with Microsoft Partners is beneficial, but not essential
