Job summary

Key Equipment Services in Canada is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances, including gas, steam, and electric equipment. Training and support are provided to grow in the role, with an emphasis on customer service and on-site problem solving.

You will service coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers and combi-ovens, with opportunities for training, career growth, and a company vehicle for field work.

Qualifications

Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred.
Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment is required or preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to different locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Service commercial cooking equipment including gas, steam, and electric food equipment (coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, combi-ovens).
Provide exceptional customer service and on-site problem resolution.
Work overtime and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Travel to other locations for service or training when required.
