Qualifications

• Education in appliance service or related field preferred.
• Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn during training.
• Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial cooking equipment including gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work with customers to minimize downtime.
• Be available for overtime and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Occasionally travel to other locations or for training as needed.
