A leading electrical contractor in Saskatchewan is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for commercial projects in Prince Albert. Qualifications

• Must hold an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate.
• Possess a Saskatchewan Electrical License.
• Have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass drug/alcohol clearance.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good relations with site personnel and customers.
• Comply with Company’s corporate Health and Safety manual.
• Oversee field-related activities ensuring safety and profitability.
• Complete necessary safety documentation and daily progress reports.
• Ensure field work aligns with project plans, specs, schedule and budget.
• Complete safety documentation and daily progress reports (LEMs).
• Attend site meetings and mandatory training sessions.
• Maintain professional image, teamwork, and workmanship.
• Guide and train apprentices in tools and installation techniques.
• Lead by example and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain good relations with site personnel and customers
• Comply with Company’s corporate Health and Safety manual
• Adhere to both Flyer Electric and customer policies and procedures
• Ensure project safety, profitability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the efficient use of materials and equipment, and for overseeing the performance of all field‑related activities for each task/project.
• Ensure field work is executed in compliance with project plans including specifications, project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer requirements
• Complete and maintain appropriate documentation including all required safety documentation and daily progress reports (LEM’s)
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings, as well as all mandatory training
• Maintain a professional image and demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, and workmanship
• Provide safe and effective supervision and guidance to personnel when neededGuide and train apprentices in the proper use of tools, materials, and techniques for most efficient electrical installations
• Lead others by example
• Perform any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
• Saskatchewan Electrical License
• Proven experience as a commercial electrician
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel on a regular basis
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Maintain a clean driving abstract and drug/alcohol clearance.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
