Qualifications

• 10+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong middle-market P&C product knowledge.
• Experience managing brokers and agents distribution.

• Proven marketing and sales ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability, retention, and expense management.
• Execute underwriting strategies for new and renewal business.
• Ensure underwriting excellence with adherence to strategies and audits.
• Manage referral processes and accounts outside branch authority.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to position CI products.
• Collaborate with the Toronto Branch Manager to leverage producer relationships.
• Manage producer activities and coordinate resources for the CI team.
• Provide staff development, coaching, and performance management for CI staff.
