We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Montreal office. In this role, you will work with the Client Service Manager to deliver quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers, contributing to our company goals.

  • Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team.
Candidate Profile
  • University degree in business or finance preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
  • Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
