What Will You Do?

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will:

1. Provide professional insurance advice to commercial clients with clear and timely communication regarding policies and coverages.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating within a team of brokers.
3. Maintain standards and internal protocols for client service, accounts receivable, file documentation, and broker management system workflows.
4. Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes.

Core Requirements

To succeed in this role, the minimum requirements are:

1. A Level 2 Alberta Insurance Licence or higher.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a commercial insurance broker.

1. Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience.
2. Experience with Applied Systems (Epic).
