Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. Partnering closely with a producer, you’ll ensure clients receive top-notch solutions tailored to their insurance needs.

We’re looking for a skilled professional with independent agency knowledge, a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a knack for building lasting client relationships. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at a general agency in commercial insurance account management.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
  • Experience with Commercial Lines coverages.
  • Independent Agency experience.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including agency management software experience (Applied/EPIC).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts.
  • Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks.
  • Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
  • Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention.
  • Responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
  • Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
  • Marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business.
