• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Commercial Card product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage deliverables, product components, or defined workstreams.
• Assist with lifecycle activities: discovery, requirements, testing, launch readiness.
• Conduct market, competitor, client research to identify trends and gaps.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing and Legal.
• Prepare analyses, product updates, and recommendations for leaders.
• Maintain product documentation, sales materials, and training content.
• Track measures like card usage, revenue, profitability, and client adoption.
