Job summary

Rosenort Credit Union in Manitoba is seeking an experienced lending professional to provide a full range of lending services to members and to promote deposit products.

You will analyze financial statements, advocate for members, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold operational integrity while building trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes judgment, business acumen, and a customer-focused sales approach to position RCU as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• One-year post-secondary training and 3-5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and systematic problem-solving for complex transactions.
• Exceptional skills in building relationships, influence, and sales to position RCU as a trusted commercial partner.

• Provide a full range of lending services for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer members.

Your Impact

Under general supervision, provide lending services to current members and potential members. Recognize member needs and promote and cross-sell credit union lending and deposit services to members. Ensure all assigned lending activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do

Lending Services

Provide a full range of lending services for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer members.

Member Advocacy & Sales

Analyze complex financial statements and apply sound judgment to grant loan applications within limits.

Manage the commercial loan portfolio's integrity by mastering security requirements, documentation, and risk mitigation.

What You’ll Bring

One-year post-secondary training plus 3-5 years of job-related experience (Preferred).
