Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Commercial Account Executive, you drive growth with both project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services, partnering with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business.

You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals while thriving in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing 3–12 month deal cycles.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a remote environment.
