Be a vital part of our Customer Operations team, which delivers world-class service and maintains strong relationships with Bell customers. You will gain valuable experience in addressing inquiries, providing technical support, processing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

The combination technician is responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading customer telephony equipment in residential and business markets. This includes installing, interconnecting, and removing equipment related to data circuits, transmission networks, and other products like telephone systems and voicemail, with minimal supervision. The technician may also work on central office and mobility equipment as prioritized by the control center based on business needs. The technician must represent the company professionally, perform tasks safely and accurately, and demonstrate good planning, organization, teamwork, and multi-skilling.
