Be a critical part of our Customer Operations team, which delivers world-class service and maintains thriving relationships with Bell customers. You will gain valuable experience and insights to address inquiries and concerns, provide technical assistance, process orders and service requests, manage customer accounts, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation, repair, replacement, modification, and maintenance of equipment and telecommunications equipment for residential and business customers. They will install, connect, maintain, and remove circuit and data transmission equipment, as well as business products such as telephone equipment and voicemail, efficiently and without direct supervision.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
