CSN Collision in Hamilton, Ontario, seeks a Collision Centre Manager to lead daily operations, oversee repairs, claims processing, and staff performance. You will drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while managing inventory and supplier relationships.

Founded in 2002 by a group of four successful collision repair owners, CSN Collision was established to assist independent collision repair facilities to improve their operations through performance assessments, ongoing training, and marketing initiatives. Today, CSN Collision is one of Canada's most advanced networks of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities. Our independence is our strength in that our licensees have a vested interest in the company and their communities.
The Intact Service Centre in Hamilton is part of the CSN Collision’s Corporate Store network, supporting customers with streamlined, high-quality auto repair services. The centre focuses on efficient claims handling, exceptional customer service, and consistent repair standards. CSN Collision locations ensures a smooth experience from vehicle drop-off to final delivery, providing customers with reliable repairs, transparent communication, and industry-leading service.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
