Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant collections experience.
• Knowledge of Credit Qualifications and related standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent, high‑risk, or written‑off accounts for collections opportunities.
• Advise customers on payment strategies and products.
• Develop long‑term, profitable relationships and maximize recovery.
• Handle customer calls professionally and escalate complex cases to management as needed.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track collections performance.
