Job summary

National Bank of Canada is hiring a Collections Agent within the Equipment Finance team to negotiate equitable solutions and secure payments while prioritizing the customer experience. You will handle inquiries, coordinate payment arrangements, and work with clients to resolve disputes, with confidentiality and compliance at the forefront.

The role supports a hybrid work model across Canada and offers on-the-job training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration or Client Services within Banking, Financial Services, Credit or Collections.
  • Ability to accurately set up and clearly document payment arrangements.
  • Keen attention to detail with proven experience maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Intermediate in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn other applications and programs.
  • Working knowledge of compliance laws pertaining to Collections would be considered a strong asset.

This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your critical core business/technical knowledge, problem resolution expertise and support throughout the life cycle of CWB National Leasing customer agreements.

Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Manager, Contract Administration.
