YOUR ROLE :

As Collections Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :

Communicate with customers regarding the collection of accounts (transmission of account statements and reminder letters, negotiation of settlements, etc.);

Coordinate solutions to billing disputes related to accounts receivable (e.g., negotiating proposals for overdue payments);

Manage, analyze and maintain accounts receivable;

Produce various billing-related reports for professionals;

All other related billing and collection tasks.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Experience in a similar position in collections or accounting (ideally in a professional services environment);

Profiency of French and ability to interact in English, due to customer contact;

Good organizational skills, able to manage priorities and several files at once;

Ability to work under pressure;

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel);

Ability to demonstrate rigor and professionalism.
