Nova Scotia Health's Northside Family Collaborative in North Sydney, NS, seeks a Family Medicine physician for a full-time, longitudinal practice. You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, working alongside physicians, family practice nurses and other health professionals in a collaborative, supportive team.

The role includes hospital-based care opportunities, teaching residents and medical learners, CME and quality improvement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Provide comprehensive, full-scope primary health care to patients of all ages and stages of health and illness.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records using a provincially approved electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement, practice evaluation, and other activities that support the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Attend regular physician and team meetings.
• Partake in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in teaching of medical learners.
