Job summary

Fresh Prep is seeking team members to join our Vancouver operations. You will pick, pack and scan meal kit ingredients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a controlled 4–6°C environment. Shifts run Friday to Tuesday with 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM, and you’ll contribute to a high-standard, fast-paced warehouse team.

You must be reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. A strong attendance record and readiness to grow with a rapidly expanding company are valued at

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to meet time targets.
• Eye for detail to hit 99.8% accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (0–10°C).
• Physically able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and scan food products to fulfill individual customer meal kit orders.
• Complete tasks to meet specific time targets with regular performance reviews.
• Maintain 99.8% accuracy while working quickly and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and organization standards.
• Work in a 4–6°C refrigerated environment and stay on your feet for the full shift.
