Job summary

Playground Poker is seeking an experienced Bartender for our casino bar in Quebec. You will craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, handle payments, and ensure a clean, well-stocked bar while balancing cash at the end of each shift.

• Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.

Exigences:

• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
• Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que Barman/ Barmaid est requise.
