Job description

Join to apply for the Coater Helper role at AdvanTec Marine.

This position offers a pay range of CA$18.00/hr - CA$25.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting work orders
• Handling raw materials and finished products
• Performing production bending after setup
• Preparing and coating products
• Performing shop duties such as torch cutting, saw cutting, washing, and sand filling
• Measuring and inspecting products
• Labeling and packaging finished products
• Maintaining machines and work stations
• Ensuring shop cleanliness
• Following quality management systems and documenting records

Qualifications:

• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (asset)
• Paint/coating experience (asset)
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
