We are recruiting 4-6 Co-Op Students (January 2026 start / 4 or 8 Month terms) and 1-2 Co-Op Students (September 2026 start / 4 or 8 Month terms) to join our Kelowna office.

The Role
  • Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
  • Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate year ends, including compilation, review, and audit engagements.
  • Meet deadlines as assigned by partners or senior staff accountants.
  • Participate in education, training, and professional development programs.
  • Be prepared to work hard and have fun.
  • Work independently and in a team environment under leadership.
  • Basic understanding of software such as Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is an asset.
  • Complete additional administrative duties or assignments as required.

  • Successfully obtained (or pursuing) an undergraduate degree meeting CPA requirements, preferably a BCom or BBA (accounting focused).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and client service skills.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
