As an Organizational Change Management Co-op, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting initiatives that help employees successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working across Nova Scotia Power.
During the Winter 2027 Co-op term, you'll work alongside experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals and project leaders supporting a large-scale business transformation. You'll contribute to employee engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, training coordination, and project activities that help ensure people are informed, prepared, and supported throughout periods of change.
