  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites, reports, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project events, and engagement activities, including logistics and follow‑up actions.
  • Participate in team meetings, presentations, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and other initiatives as assigned.
Who you are:

We're looking for a proactive and creative student who enjoys working with people, communicating ideas, and supporting meaningful organizational initiatives. You will be a strong candidate if you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field, and are participating in a co‑op program.
  • Have strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with others.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have an interest in communications, employee engagement, change management, training, or project coordination.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Have experience supporting events, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or project activities (considered an asset).
  • Have experience with Canva or other design and communication tools (considered an asset).
