Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a motivated student for a co-op opportunity at our Saskatoon corporate office starting January 2027, for 8–12 months. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to students returning to studies after the term.

The role involves supporting Order to Cash and accounting functions, with exposure to SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, Power BI and Excel. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting and will graduate in 2027 or later.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related program with a graduation date Aug 2027 or later.
• Experience with accounting processes and reporting is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and support finance team on ad-hoc projects.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with our teams to help ensure accuracy in Order to Cash, from cash application to reconciling bank accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to understand how companies receive money and apply it to customers’ accounts
• Support accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations and transactional reviews in systems such as SAP and Oracle PeopleSoft
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by management, including creating new reports, testing and automating activities using Power BI and Excel
