Job summary

BC Pension Corporation in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Junior Information Management Analyst for the Winter 2027 co‑op term. You will work in IT Service Operations to support information governance, AI readiness, and data protection while gaining hands-on experience.

Hybrid schedule (40% on-site per month), access to LinkedIn Learning, and a scholarship reimbursement opportunity are available. You will collaborate with senior analysts on governance projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Open to 3rd or 4th year university students or graduates in related fields.
• Co-op program required; Winter 2027 term (January–April).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support information governance initiatives and deployment of sensitivity labels and DLP in M365.
• Assist in developing information governance metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with diverse business areas.
• Handle customer service questions and inquiries.
