Crowe MacKay LLP Canada in Kelowna invites accounting students to join as co-ops for January or September 2027 starts, 4 or 8 month terms. You will gain practical experience while pursuing CPA designation, with training, peer support, and day-to-day mentoring.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, and assisting in year-end engagements. You will work with Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and MS Office in a collaborative, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Undergraduate accounting degree pursuing CPA or CPA-path preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and client service skills.
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
• Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns and related filings.
• Assist in corporate year ends, including compilation, review, and audit engagements.
• Meet deadlines set by partners or senior staff accountants.
• Participate in education, training and professional development programs.
• Work independently and in a team environment under leadership.
