Job summary

Groupe Dynamite at Edmonton is seeking a Co-Manager to lead storefront operations, drive omni-channel experiences, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and maximize profitability through sales and productivity targets.

You will build strong client relationships, manage schedules including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding results and a magnetic customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent
• Customer-oriented with passion for fashion
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Proficient with social media and MS Office tools
