Reporting directly to the Director of Philanthropy and Communications, the Co-Director will lead ANNISAA’s fundraising efforts, focusing on the growth and development of major gifts, grants, and donor relations. This role is essential in building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community allies, to enhance ANNISAA’s visibility and support.
This role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all philanthropic initiatives, driving revenue growth and implementing new strategies to support ANNISAA’s mission. The Co-Director will manage, execute, and evaluate fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities to ensure alignment with organizational standards and funder expectations. As a key executive team member, the Co-Director will participate actively in strategic planning and budgeting, collaborating closely to overcome challenges and advance ANNISAA’s mission to empower women and girls in leadership.
