Job summary

KingFisher Boats Inc. is seeking a CNC Router Operator to safely operate Multi-Cam CNC routers, load aluminum sheets, calibrate settings, and monitor cuts.

You will learn gauge identification and support Brake Press Operators and Material Handlers as needed. The role offers year-round, full-time work in a family-friendly, team environment with opportunities for development, annual wage reviews, and extended benefits.

Qualifications

Experience or interest in machining, metal work, fabrication, or manufacturing.
Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measure and calipers.
Ability to read blueprints and understand work orders.
Basic computer skills.
Forklift/overhead crane experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Routers.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of routers.
Manage storage of crop material and vacuum and chip collection.
Operate various hand and power tools.
Operate overhead crane to move material to router tables.
Assist Brake Press Operators and Material Handlers as required.
Follow all applicable KingFisher Boats and WorkSafeBC safety regulations.
