Job summary

HERD North America Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator for our Winnipeg, MB facility.

This full-time night shift role (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–7:00am) involves operating and setting up CNC tube bending machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring product quality. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with a team to optimize workflows, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong technical skills including reading blueprints and adjusting machine settings.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety standards.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced CNC Operator to join our Production Team. Your precision, technical expertise, and attention to detail help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Position: CNC Machine Operator
Location: 2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)
Shift:Full-time, Nights, Sunday – Thursday, 10:30pm-7:00am
Wage: Starting at$21.50+, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
