Job summary

Mykelly in Lucan, ON seeks a detail-oriented CNC Production Coordinator to support programming, material planning, inventory management, and production workflows.

You will create CNC programs, prepare cut lists, coordinate material needs, track inventory, assist purchasing, and generate production reports while collaborating with project managers and shop staff to keep production on schedule and quality on target.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, steel fabrication, production coordination, or material planning.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication documents.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CNC programs for structural steel fabrication equipment.
• Prepare cut lists, material batches, and production documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements for upcoming projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support purchasing activities and communicate with suppliers.
• Track material usage and help minimize waste.
• Generate shipping documentation and production reports.
• Maintain organized production records and digital files.

CNC Production Coordinator

Location: Lucan, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $28.00-$35.00/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Work Hours

Our client offers flexibility to support work-life balance. Successful candidates may choose between:

Option 1: Traditional Work Week

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40-hour work week

Option 2: Four-Day Work Week

• Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Enjoy a three-day weekend every week

Additional Information

• Overtime paid after 44 hours per week
• Overtime is not expected regularly but may be available during busy periods
• Stable, full-time hours with flexibility based on operational requirements
