FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Montreal is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to support the repair and restoration of high-value aerospace components. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding, collaborating with machinists and engineers.
Working with 5-axis and 6-axis equipment, you will improve processes, tooling, and setup sheets, contributing to safety, quality, and cost reduction in a fast-growing aerospace repair operation.

FTAI Aviation's Component Repair Business Unit (CRBU) is expanding its machining capabilities and seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to support the repair and restoration of high-value aerospace components. In this role, you will develop and optimize CNC programs, improve machining processes, and provide technical support to production teams. Working closely with machinists, engineers, and operations leaders, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and repeatability across our growing aerospace repair operation. You will work with a variety of CNC and conventional milling, turning, and grinding equipment, including advanced 5-axis and 6-axis machines, machining high-precision aerospace components manufactured from hard and difficult-to-machine materials. This position is ideal for a hands-on CNC programming professional who enjoys solving complex machining challenges and driving continuous improvement in a highly technical manufacturing environment.
