Job summary

Crossroads C&I Edmonton is seeking a CNC Programmer to create and modify parts with CAD/CAM tools, collaborating with engineering, production and sales teams to optimize the fabrication process. Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience with programming software.
• Knowledge of CAD customization and automation techniques.
• College Diploma or Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows.
• Ability to work in both 2D and 3D modelling CAD designs.
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.
• Good working knowledge of SolidWorks is an asset.
• CNC programming experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Rhino, SigmaNEST preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn Manufacturing/Plant environment experience.

Compensation

Compensation Range $17.50 - $30.32. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
