Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator for our client in Langley, BC. This hands-on role covers CNC bending and stainless-steel finishing, requiring you to read drawings and set up tooling to meet engineering specifications.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and paid training. Benefits include extended health, dental/vision, disability and life insurance after 3 months, paid vacation, free on-site parking, and long-term

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience required.
• Experience finishing and polishing stainless steel products required.
• Stainless steel fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Automotive body repair or refinishing experience considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
• Bend stainless steel components according to engineering requirements.
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as required.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring equipment.
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Finish and polish stainless steel sinks and components.
• Correct scratches, imperfections, and surface defects using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards achieved.
• Follow quality control procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Practice safe lifting, handling, and material movement techniques.
• Report unsafe conditions and contribute to a safe working environment.
• communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Complete assigned tasks according to production schedules and deadlines.
• Support other production activities as required.

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator for our client in Langley, BC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing production team where you'll play a hands-on role in both CNC bending and stainless-steel finishing operations.
