BD Diesel Performance in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our day shift. You will read blueprints, set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, monitor quality with precision measuring tools, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience with vertical/horizontal milling and/or CNC lathe.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proficiency with G-code and basic metrology.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to deliver value to customers.
• Read and interpret drawings to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment.
• Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets.

CNC Machinist - Day Shift

We are a fast paced, production-oriented machine shop with plenty of opportunity for growth. We ship our product all over North America and are recognized as a premier brand that supports the diesel truck aftermarket. We are a growing shop looking for new additions to the team as we expand. If you are an experienced Machinist or Operator, we have room for you in our expanding operation.

Our current focus is on our Day Shift:

Monday - Thursday

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $28-$48, depending on experience and qualifications.

Who You Are?

• CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe: Minimum 5 years of experience required


• Strong communication skills, written and verbal


• Knowledgeable in G Code


• Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling


• Above average problem-solving skills


• Positive personality & able to deliver results with minimum supervision


• Willingness to learn and improve your skills
