Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines, including multi-function and multi-sequencing operations
• Set up and operate CNC lathes (pertinent to Large Cell)
• Follow work instructions and specifications
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues
• Ensure quality and quantity of work, perform routine maintenance
• Inspect own work with precision measuring equipment
• Record data accurately in production tracking systems
• Train other operators as needed
• Assist in machine setup for others if required
• Read and interpret production prints
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards
• Maintain certification through the company's Certified Operator Program

Your Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma
• Experience as a Grinding Set Up Operator or similar machining background; General Machinist Trade certificate / Canada Red Seal Journeyperson Machinist preferred
