We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team under the supervision of our production manager. As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a pivotal role in executing complex machining operations using mill-turn machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and setup CNC machines;
• Loading and unloading of materials;
• Read and interpret work instructions from blueprints, manufacturing process sheets, etc.;
• Loading of a program into CNC machine;
• Monitor the operation of the machine to ensure proper program performance;
• Ensure machining of complex parts as per specifications;
• Verify conformity of machined parts using instruments such as micrometers and calipers;
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Job Qualifications

• Possess a technical diploma in CNC machining or equivalent training and experience.;
• Demonstrate between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role;
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, with advanced ability to read and interpret English work instructions;
• Advanced comprehension of operations on CNC machines and G&M codes;
• Available to work on an Evening shift;
• Evening shift: 3:15 pm to 11:15pm – Additional 2$ premium per hour

*The knowledge of the English language is required to interpret instructions and technical requirements from the customer, which may be provided in English only.
