  • Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Read and interpret technical plans, engineering drawings and aerospace specifications.
  • Program, set up and operate machine tools (CNC and conventional).
  • Machine metal parts (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, etc.) to tight tolerances.
  • Make necessary adjustments during production to ensure conformity.
  • Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM).
  • Ensure quality control of machined parts according to aerospace standards (AS9100, ISO, etc.).
  • Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures as well as industry quality standards.
  • Document operations and complete parts traceability.
  • Other related tasks.
Profile
  • Diploma in machining techniques or equivalent training.
  • Experience in machining in the aerospace sector (an important asset).
  • Proficiency with CNC machines (milling and/or turning).
