GrizzlyTrek in Edmonton, Alberta seeks a CNC Lathe Operator to join our client’s team on a full-time permanent day shift. You will cut API and premium oilfield tubular connections in a modern shop, run the equipment, set tooling, gauge your work, and help maintain quality and safety on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 1 to 3 years of CNC experience in oilfield or industrial settings, can read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and work independently while following safety

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of CNC experience in oilfield, industrial, or construction settings.
• Ability to read part drawings and blueprints with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Commitment to safety and quality on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC lathe to cut API and premium oilfield tubular connections.
• Set up and change cutting tools, inserts, and specialized tooling.
• Operate tubular loading system and inspect parts with gauges.
• Read drawings and plan machining sequence; maintain clean equipment.
• Mentor junior operators and support shop safety program.
