Job summary

Toro Aluminum in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking an Industrial / Facilities Maintenance Technician for a full-time day shift. You will be the backbone of uptime, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment and facility systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will log activities in CMMS and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a valid 442A or 309A license, at least five years on CNC machinery, and strong skills in diagnosing

Qualifications

• Valid 442A or 309A license is required.
• Minimum 5 years working on CNC equipment; experience with servo drives and servo motors.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing or heavy facilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and schematics to identify root causes.
• Accurately log maintenance activities, parts used, and work orders in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario health and safety standards.
