Job summary

Elmer’s Manufacturing Ltd. in Altona, MB is seeking a CNC & Fabrication Lead to own the production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations.

You will lead operators and team leads, drive safety, quality, and throughput, and coordinate labour, capacity, and material to hit targets. You will identify bottlenecks, monitor performance, and apply structured problem-solving to production disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations.
• Coordinate labour, machine capacity, and material flow to meet production targets.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes.
• Monitor production performance and adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality.
• Lead structured problem-solving on quality issues and production disruptions.
• Ensure safety standards and operating procedures are consistently followed.
• Support training and development of operators and team leads.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processes.

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re looking for a CNC & FabricationLead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advancedCNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuousimprovement in safety, quality, and throughput.

This role is ideal forsomeone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC andfabrication environment.

WhatYou’ll Do:
