Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred.
• Smart Serve certification is required or preferred.
• Comfortable with guests and speaking professionally.
• Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, LightSpeed POS.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety.
• Warm personality and ability to connect with guests.
• Able to multitask while maintaining lounge cleanliness.
• Able to lift 20lbs and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Establish a good relationship with our loyal repeat members and acknowledge them upon return to our hotel.
• Professional F&B setup for Breakfast or Afternoon Hors D’oeuvres.
• Analyze notes in guest profiles and ensure payment is allocated for packages with club access.
