GoodLife Fitness in Calgary is seeking a Club Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe and friendly in-club experience for members. You will handle daily cleaning, towel service, stocking supplies and assist members on the gym floor.
Key duties include equipment cleaning, locker room maintenance, pool/whirlpool checks where applicable, and providing outstanding member interactions. This role offers an energetic team environment with opportunities for training and growth.
The Club Attendant is responsible for providing a clean, safe and friendly in-Club e xperience for all Members .
Club Readiness : Ensure the Club is clean, tidy and Member ready at all times through performing the following duties:
Member Experience : In addition to the duties listed above, the Club Attendant is responsible to enhance the Member Experience through positive interactions while on the workout floor
CPR-A & AED Certification
Team Contribution : Always helpful to the rest of the team/other teams. Among the first to volunteer to help others succeed. A model of sharing, caring, and cooperation.
Action Oriented : Puts a lot of effort into their activities. Motivated and takes on challenges with energy. Takes on opportunities or initiatives eagerly and decisively.

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $15.00. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $9,700 - $11,700 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance and time in position.
