GoodLife Fitness in Brampton is seeking a Club Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Members. You will clean equipment, launder towels, stock supplies, and monitor pool and tanning areas as needed.
You will greet Members, answer questions, and support team operations with initiative and reliability. CPR-A and AED certification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Who is a Club Attendant? The Club Attendant is responsible for providing a clean, safe and friendly in-Club experience for all Members.
Always helpful to the rest of the team/other teams. Among the first to volunteer to help others succeed. A model of sharing, caring, and cooperation.
Is easy to approach and talk to, can be warm, pleasant and gracious. Spends the extra effort to put others at ease. Is sensitive to and patient with the interpersonal anxieties of others. Builds rapport well and is a good listener.
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $17.95. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $14,500 - $17,000 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance and time in position.
